Established in 1998, Catalyst Change Consultants works with individuals, senior managers, Directors and Boards to achieve exceptional results. With a healthy mix of pragmatism and theory, our role is to act as the catalyst between the needs of a business and those that work within it, optimising the outcome for both – hence our name.
