Catalyst Change Consultants works with talented individuals to bring about lasting, sustainable behavioural change, allowing those individuals to realise their potential and leverage changes in their skills, outlook and behaviour to the benefit of the organisations they work for.
All Catalyst’s consultants have had successful careers in established organisations, with each subsequently choosing to apply their expertise in a consultancy capacity. We operate with a loose structure, allowing us to pull upon a pool of talent and put together teams for each client’s specific needs. Our consultants do not work exclusively for us, allowing them to gather a wide range of experience which they can apply for the benefit of our clients. All our consultants are qualified Executive Coaches, and Catalyst was a Founding Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching.
This model also offers the benefit of flexibility and lower overhead costs than our competitors, which are reflected in our rates. It also means we can focus on what we do best – unusually for a consultancy we are quite happy to say if we do not think we are the right people for the job. We would rather be making a difference than simply being busy for its own sake.
