Anne Fanning is an Occupational Psychologist specialising in management development and change management. She has experience of consulting internationally and is a Spanish-speaker. Over the past fifteen years she has been involved in designing and delivering executive assessment and development programmes, selection centre assessment, senior level coaching, outplacement, training design and delivery.
Specific areas of expertise for Anne include team profiling and development in the face of organisational change, executive coaching for high performance and career management. A focus of Anne’s work is helping managers reach the next stage of their careers and helping them to communicate this successfully. She is also highly experienced in psychological/competence assessment, specifically the design and delivery of assessment centres for high level selection and management development.
Prior to Catalyst, Anne managed international marketing teams for one of the UK’s leading banks. Anne has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Birkbeck) and holds Chartered status from the British Psychological Society, as well as accreditation to BPS Levels A and B for ability and occupational/personality testing. She is a founder member of the Association of Business Psychologists and of the BPS Coaching Psychologists’ group.
