Catalyst Director Annette Corble is a highly experienced consultant who specialises in management development and career management. She helped establish Catalyst Change Consultants with a strategic intent to place management and leadership development at the heart of tangible business issues.
Over the past 20 years she has led projects designing, delivering and validating assessment and development programmes for middle and senior managers. She has particular expertise in identifying and assessing development competencies for high level selection and management development.
More recently her interest in talent management has led to coaching and career counselling for senior managers and executives, as well as the design and delivery of career management workshops run in Europe, the Middle and Far East. Her core areas of interest here are reputation management, influence and 1:1 coaching.
Prior to Catalyst, Annette gained over 10 years experience in senior level management development for one of the UK’s largest banks. She has a post graduate Diploma in Career Counselling and Consulting from the University of London (Birkbeck), is accredited to the British Psychological Society, Levels A and B for occupational/personality testing, is a member of the CIPD’s Career Research Forum and a founder member of the Association of Coaching. Additionally, she is accredited as a senior coach using a behavioural model developed by the London Business School and Princeton University.
