Bernadette O’Mahony is an executive coach, consultant and trainer with over 25 years experience. She has assisted clients in the financial, professional services and IT arena experiencing major change, facilitated development workshops and designed and run programmes in career development, leadership, business development, management and interpersonal skills. She has also worked with entrepreneurs and owner managed businesses to determine their strategic direction and vision for their business and provided coaching to senior managers, directors and partners on personal impact, leadership, relationship building and business planning.
Bernadette is an innovative and pragmatic consultant, combining strong communication and facilitation skills with commercial acumen. This enables her to work closely with clients to accurately define their needs and provide solutions that complement their culture and are tailored to their needs. Her passion for feedback means that clients are invited to comment on the introduction and evolution of initiatives and to participate in their development at every stage.
Bernadette’s work has included projects with some of the UK’s leading financial services organisations as well as some of the UK’s leading accountancy and legal firms. She is a certified NLP coach and Master Practitioner, a qualified Career Counsellor and is trained in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and Saville and Holdsworth Psychometric Assessment Instrument (OPQ Parts 1&2). Bernadette also holds a post graduate diploma in Industrial Relations and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
