Lisa has wide experience working with specialist professionals as well as general managers. She has worked with country and regional CEOs and heads of global businesses as well as global functions, such as finance, operations and legal. She also has a personal and professional interest in supporting wider diversity agendas.
Lisa was a successful executive at HSBC. During this time she acquired extensive global business experience in international financial operations, credit & risk experience in the corporate market, developing countries and investment banking. She also has a breadth of HR experience, applying her business acumen in learning, development, assessment, talent management and resourcing. Since 2010, she has worked as an Executive Coach and HR consultant.
Lisa qualified as an Executive Coach in 2007 with an Advanced Practitioner Diploma with The Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC), accredited by the UK, European and International Coaching Associations. She continues her professional development and has qualified further with a Gestalt (Coaching) Practitioner Diploma and training in Mindfulness for coaches.
