Lucye Deacon is an experienced management and leadership development professional specialising in coaching and the facilitation of coaching skills workshops and assessment and development centres. Over the past five years she has been involved in executive coaching, talent development and leadership workshops in the UK and overseas for global financial services companies.
A key focus of Lucye’s expertise is in helping senior managers achieve their potential, both through workshop learning and one to one coaching. She is also fully conversant and skilled in the use of capability frameworks and has designed, delivered and appraised against management capability frameworks.
Prior to Catalyst, Lucye led an organisational cultural change that moved Learning and Development and People Strategy into the heart of business development for a global pharmaceutical company. More recently, she has run a series of Situational Leadership programmes for country directors in Africa and facilitated Talent Development Centres and Management Development Centres in the UK, all for financial services clients.
Lucye is a member of the Association of Coaching and is accredited to British Psychological Society Levels A and B for occupational/personality testing. She is also qualified to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® and is a qualified NLP practitioner. Lucye is an accredited Executive Coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching.
