Catalyst Director Nick Corble has over 25 years experience working alongside senior management in organisations facing issues of growth and major structural change. During this time clients have ranged from sole traders to major PLCs, with a particular focus on the retail, healthcare and financial services sectors. His expertise has a focus on bringing about cultural and behavioural change, and can vary from managing long term projects to one to one coaching.
Nick is experienced in the design and delivery of development workshops and assessment centres at both Board and senior manager level, using behavioral competencies. He is highly experienced in providing both one to one coaching and developmental feedback, both in the UK and internationally. Recent assignments have seen him design and help run transformational programmes for a leading UK retailer, facilitate Management Development Workshops for a leading bond house in Europe, the US and Far East and coach senior managers for a leading wine distributor.
Prior to Catalyst, he was a Director with a leading management consultancy specialising in the interface between the public and private sectors, which he helped grow over a period of ten years. He is qualified to deliver the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) to individuals and teams at both Step 1 and Step 2 level, and manages Catalyst’s 360° Questionnaire processes. Nick is also an Accredited Executive Coach through the Academy of Executive Coaching and a Founding Member of the Association for Coaching.
