Vanessa Hill has over 20 years’ experience as an HR professional with in-house and external consultancy expertise gained across a broad range of organisations.
Skilled at working globally with demanding fee generators and support staff in US and European companies and partnerships, Vanessa especially enjoys 1:1 executive coaching with a particular emphasis on enabling technical and functional specialists to make the successful transition to senior management roles. Her other core areas of interest lie in impact and influence, performance and career management, and in the selection and preparation of staff to work overseas.
Prior to becoming a consultant Vanessa worked as HR and development director at a global investment bank. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and accredited as a senior coach using a behaviour model developed by the London Business School and Princeton.
