How We Help

As our name implies, we act as the catalyst between business strategy and the development of the people needed to realise that strategy. Realising the potential of talented individuals lies at the heart of all our work.

How we help depends on our clients’ needs, so finding out those needs is where we begin. Rather than trying to sell pre-packaged ‘solutions’, we believe it’s more important to know what the issues are and then tailor a response. Whilst elements of how we help may involve training, or the passing on of knowledge and skills, we are not a generic training course provider.

We start by listening, to the issues our clients are facing and how they might be manifesting themselves. Deeper diagnosis may also be necessary, for example conducting a 360° survey or research, but we believe it’s important to make a clear distinction between symptoms and underlying problems. This may involve a bit of challenge and dialogue, but that’s why we have ‘consultants’ in our name, we apply our experience and expertise to help our clients achieve the best outcome.

Once a shared agreement is arrived at on problems, we design an appropriate response. In practice, this may involve elements of the following, although these are only examples of how we can help:
