Deborah Hays-Nowak

Deborah Hays-Nowak is a highly skilled human resource development professional with experience across a diverse range of industries and a senior management background in both the public and private sectors. Deborah is currently based on the East Coast of the US.

Specifically, Deborah is experienced in the design of competency models for recruitment, assessment, development and performance management and the design and delivery of diagnostic and development programmes for individuals and groups, ranging from graduates to managing directors and their top teams. She provides executive coaching for senior managers across a wide range of business sectors and uses techniques such as work shadowing and 360 degree feedback tools to support the development process and improve the performance of individuals and teams.

Prior to becoming a consultant Deborah worked as the Group Executive Development Manager for a leading financial services company. She has a Masters degree, is currently a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is accredited to deliver a number of occupational testing, personality profiling and career counselling interventions.
