Clients have included NHS Trusts, Primary Care Trusts and agencies such as the Access Partnership, which works to reduce waiting times in community services. As the NHS faces a need to adapt to changing demands on its services and constraints in its funding, a clear policy driver has been the adoption of more commercial disciplines in its management style. Our experience suggests that this works best when applied against an understanding of how the NHS ticks, and this is where our blend of detailed experience of working in a healthcare setting and knowledge of what works in the commercial sector comes into its own. Catalyst Director Nick Corble has 20 years experience of working with healthcare clients, in both the NHS and private sector.
